Nureddin Nebati was born in 1964 in Viran\u015fehir, \u015eanl\u0131urfa.
Mr. Nebati received his Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Public Administration from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Istanbul University. He received his Master\u2019s Degree in International Relations from Istanbul University. He completed his Ph.D. Degree in Political Science and Public Administration at Kocaeli University.
He served as a Board Member of the Istanbul Provincial Directorate and the Chairman of the Organization at the Justice and Development Party (AK Party). He was elected as a member of the Central Decision Making and Administrative Committee (MKYK) at the 4th Ordinary Congress of the AK Party. As a Central Executive Board (MYK) Member, he served as the Vice-Chairman of the AK Party in charge of Financial and Administrative Affairs. He was elected as a Member of the Parliament from Istanbul for the 24th, from \u015eanl\u0131urfa for the 25th, and from Istanbul for the 26th Parliamentary Terms.
He served as the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. During his tenure as Deputy Minister, he met with representatives of the real sector and finance sector in many cities, especially in Istanbul, and held consultation meetings.
He was a member of the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (M\u00dcS\u0130AD) Board of Directors and still a member of M\u00dcS\u0130AD\u2019s High Advisory Board. He is a member of the Alumni Foundation and Association of the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University, the Society for Dissemination of Science, Ensar Foundation, Turkish Youth Foundation (T\u00dcGVA), \u00d6nder Foundation, International Technological Economic and Social Studies Foundation (UTESAV), Turkish Language and Literature Association (TDED), BEK, \u0130DD, \u0130DV, and the Culture, Society, and Family (K\u00dcLT) Foundation.
He is the Chairman of \u00dcTEV and the Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Jerusalem Platform, a member of the Scientific Board of the City Think Tank at Esenler Municipality.
He has studies titled From National Vision to Conservative Democracy, and the Dominant Party System and AK Party as Turkey\u2019s First Dominant Party.
He performed studies on economic management, urbanism, identity, and Islamic Philosophy. He is married and has four children.<\/p> <\/p>\n

Christian Wulff <\/a>\n <\/h3>\n 10th President of the Federal Republic of Germany, President of German Turkish Business Council<\/span>\n

Christian Wulff, the 10th President of the Federal Republic of Germany (2010-2012), works to integrate people of immigrant origin and to strengthen dialogue between people of different beliefs, in addition to his many duties. In 2011, the German Jewish Central Council honored him with the Leo Baeck Award. In 2014, the German-Turkish-Society was honoured with an award and received the Tolerance Award from the Protestant Academy in Tutzing.
Christian Wulff operates in the field of foreign policy as Honorary President of EMA (European-Mediterranean-Arab Union) and GASME (Global Alliance for Small and Medium Enterprises). He maintains close relations with Asia as an honorary doctor of Tongji University in Shanghai and Hefei University in China and Tokyo-Tsukuba and Osaka-Gakuin Universities in Japan. As the former President, he recently represented Federal Germany in the swearing-in ceremonies of Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum in Mexico City in 2024, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto in Jakarta, and Ghanai President John Dramani Mahama in Accra in 2025. Christian Wulff served as the Prime Minister of the State of Lower Saxony between 2003-2010, Chairman of the CDU Parliamentary Group in the Province of Lower Saxony between 1994-2003 and Chairman of the CDU party between 1994-2008. He served as Vice President of the CDU during the Presidency of Wolfgang Sch\u00e4uble between 1998-2010 and Angela Merkel since 2000.
After his resignation as the President of the Federal Republic of Germany and being acquitted of all charges against him, he published his book \"Ganz oben Ganz unten\", in which he also described the role of the media, politics and the judiciary.<\/p>

Christian Wulff\u00b4 has many honorary duties: He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Deutschlandstiftung Integration, the President of the German Multiple Sclerosis Association and the President of the German Association of Choirs. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Felix Nussbaum Foundation, the Board of Trustees of the Dieter Fuchs Foundation and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and the German-Japanese Forum.
Christian Wulff established the German-Turkish Business Council together with DEIK in 2024 and became the founding President.
Christian Wulff lives with his family in Burgwedel near Hannover. As a former President, he has an office in Berlin and works as a lawyer in the law firm of which he is a partner in Hamburg.<\/p> <\/p>\n

Enrico Letta <\/a>\n <\/h3>\n Former Prime Minister of Italy<\/span>\n

Italian politician and leader of the Democratic Party (PD) from March 2021 to March 2023, Enrico Letta was dean of the Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA) at Sciences Po in Paris from 2015 to 2021 and he is the founder of the Scuola di Politiche in Italy.
He served as Prime Minister of Italy from April 2013 to February 2014, leading a grand coalition of centre-left and centre-right parties. His whole career and thought have been shaped by a strong commitment to Europe.<\/p>

He served as Minister for EU Affairs (1998-1999), as Minister for Industry, Commerce and Crafts (January-April 2000, during the second D\u2019Alema Government), as Minister for Industry, Commerce and Crafts and Foreign Trade (2000-2001, during the second Amato Government) and as Undersecretary of State to the Prime Minister of the centre-left government led by Romano Prodi from 2006 to 2008.
Between 2001 and 2015 he was Member of the Italian Parliament, excluding between 2004 and 2006 when he was Member of the European Parliament. He also served as deputy Secretary of the Democratic Party (PD) from 2009 to 2013.
From 1993 to May 2013 he managed the independent think tank Arel, founded by Beniamino Andreatta. He was also Vice Chairman of Aspen Institute Italia, President of the Italy-Spain Dialogue Forum, and a member of the Trilateral Commission. He is the President of the Jacques Delors Institute since 2016.<\/p>

He was born in Pisa (Tuscany) and he spent the first years of his life in Strasbourg. He graduated in International Law at the University of Pisa and obtained a PhD in European Union Law at the School for Advanced Studies \u201cSant\u2019Anna\u201d of Pisa.
He is the author of many books on international and economic affairs, with particular reference to EU enlargement, including: Euro s\u00ec - Morire per Maastricht (Laterza, 1997), Dialogo intorno all\u2019Europa (with L. Jo Johnson is a prominent voice in UK public life and a well-respected political figure.<\/p>

Johnson was a long-standing Member of Parliament for the Constituency of Orpington from May 2010 to November 2019 and served as a Minister of State in the Governments under Boris Johnson, David Cameron and Theresa May. On 5th September 2019 he quit as MP and Minister under his brother Boris\u2019 Government citing \u201cunresolvable tension\u201d between his family loyalty and the national interest. Johnson had also previously resigned on a point of principle in November 2018, performing what the Times in an editorial described as an \u201cimportant public service\u201d in exposing fundamental flaws in the Government\u2019s plans for Brexit. The Times described Jo as \u201cone of the few politicians to tell the truth about the dreadful predicament in which the country finds itself and the choices that lie ahead\u201d. His last Ministerial role was as Minister of State at the Department for Transport, which he combined with the role of Minster for London.<\/p>

Prior to this, he led major reforms of the UK\u2019s higher education, research and innovation systems. As Minister of State for Universities, Science and Innovation (2015-18), Jo introduced the Higher Education and Research Act 2017, which the Times Higher Education described as the most significant legislation in 25 years. This overhauled the regulatory framework for English universities, creating a new regulator, the Office for Students, to hold universities more accountable for the quality of teaching and student outcomes. The Act also created a new single national strategic research body, UK Research and Innovation.<\/p>

Before this Jo Johnson was Head of the Number 10 Policy Unit (2013-15) and Minister of State in the Cabinet Office. In this role, he led the team that produced the 2015 Manifesto, helping to secure the first Conservative majority in almost a quarter of a century. Prior to his election to Parliament in 2010, Jo spent thirteen years at the Financial Times, ending his career there as Associate Editor. He held a variety of roles, including Editor of The Lex Column, South Asia Bureau Chief (2005-8) and Paris Correspondent. He won awards from a number of organisations, including the Foreign Press Association.<\/p>

Ali is a member of the Turkish American Business Association and the Turkish Family Business Association. In 2018 he was awarded the L\u00e9gion d'Honneur by the French government for his contributions to economic relations between Turkey and France.<\/p>

Ali \u00dclker was born in 1969 and educated in the Business Administration Department of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i University, Istanbul. He has also attended various programs at IMD and Harvard. He worked in the Internal Kaizen Projects at De Boccard & Yorke Consultancy (1992) and on IESC Sales System Development and Internal Organization Projects (1997).
Mr \u00dclker joined the group in 1985 as an intern in the Quality Control Department of \u00dclker G\u0131da. From 1986 to 1998 he worked at chocolate production facilities and at Atlas G\u0131da Pazarlama in positions including Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, Product Group Coordinator, and Product Group Director. In 1998 Mr \u00dclker became General Director of Atlas G\u0131da Pazarlama, and in 2001 became the General Director of Merkez G\u0131da Pazarlama.
In 2002, he rose to Vice Chairman of the Food Group and in 2005 Chairman of the Group. After worked as Vice Chairman of the Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding Board of Directors for nine years, as of January 29, 2020 Ali \u00dclker became the Chair of Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding.
Ali \u00dclker is married with three children. He enjoys fishing, cinema and literature, as well as playing basketball and billiards<\/p> <\/p>\n

Dr Bahadir Kaleagasi\u00a0is President of the Paris Bosphorus Institute and lecturer at the
Galatasaray University in Istanbul on the international economic relations, sustainable
development, and the European integration. He is also Brussels Energy Club\u2019s Honorary
President, scientific member of the Brussels University\u2019s Institute of European Studies and
board or advisory member in several institutions, including the ECFR-European Council on
Foreign Relations, The Atlantic Council, Global Relations Forum, Arg\u00fcden Governance

Graduate of Brussels and Istanbul Universities, he was a researcher and lecturer in the Center
for International &amp; Strategic Studies and the Institute for European Studies of the University of
Brussels, rapporteur for projects of the European Commission\u2019s Forward Studies Unit and the
intergovernmental conferences which prepared the Maastricht Treaty in 1992 and was visiting
researcher to Harvard, Georgetown, and Jerusalem Universities. His academic work covered
the areas of the EU\u2019s decision-making system, transatlantic relationship, and the international
economic relations.
He also served as counselor for various public and private institutions before joining T\u00dcS\u0130AD
(Turkish Industry &amp; Business Association) in 1995 as EU Representative in Brussels and by
2007 as International Coordinator establishing and supervising representative offices and
networks in Washington DC, Paris, Berlin, London, Beijing, Shanghai, Silicon Valley\/San
Francisco, and Dubai\/Gulf.\u00a0\u00a0Between 2016 and 2020 he served as Board Member and CEO of
T\u00dcS\u0130AD as well as member of BusinessEurope\u2019s Executive Committee (The Confederation of
European Business) in Brussels and delegate for Business at OECD, Global Business Coalition
and B20\/G20.
He regularly contributes as speaker to international conferences, executive and academic
seminars and media programs on the global strategies, international relations, business and
investment strategy, the SDGs (sustainable development goals) and ESG (environmental,
social and corporate governance).
Bahadir Kaleagasi is author of several articles and books on the international relations and

Banu Basar is the Country Executive for Turkey since January 2016 and was previously the Co-Head

services as well as fixed income and equity markets businesses.
Banu joined Bank of America in July 2010 as a Managing Director, Head of Turkey Equities, based in

Equity business between 2001 and 2010. Prior to these appointments, she worked as a consultant at

Starting from 2007, she led the start- up process of Kanal D Romania, a national entertainment channel in Romanian which later became one of the top three channels in Romania. She became the CEO of Star TV in 2009 and became the president of Do\u011fan TV Holding that contained two national entertainment channels, a news channel, radios, and a production company.<\/p>

Beg\u00fcm Do\u011fan Faralyal\u0131 became the chairwoman of Do\u011fan Holding in January 2012, which is a publicly traded company with a group of companies in electricity generation, petroleum products retail, industry & trade, automotive trade & marketing, finance & investment, internet & entertainment and real estate investment. Faralyal\u0131 also the president of Do\u011fan Yay\u0131nlar\u0131, Sesa Production, Sesa Packaging and Karel.<\/p>

She is on the advisory board of Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. After serving at various Interbank units from 1986 to 1993, he worked as a Branch Manager at Elmada\u011f, \u015ei\u015fli, Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y, \u0130zmir and Central Branches. He established Interbank\u2019s Cash Management System and was promoted in 1993 to Executive Vice President in charge of Central Operations. Mr. ATE\u015e worked as Executive Vice President in charge of Financial Affairs and Operations at Bank Ekspres between the years of 1994 and 1996 and led the bank\u2019s restructuring project under the consultation of Bank of America. He established Garanti Bank Moscow in Russia and worked as CEO for one year starting from June 1996. He has continued his duties as the President & CEO at DenizBank, where he started in June 1997 as the Founder President.<\/p>

During his management tenure, DenizBank shares were offered to public in October 2004 where 5.5 times oversubscription was recorded. His management also ran the process of selling Zorlu Holding-owned DenizBank shares to Dexia S.A. in May 2006 for 3.250 Billion Dollars with 4,7 times its book value which is a record in Turkey, the sales process of 99.85% of DenizBank shares owned by Dexia Group to Sberbank 6 years later in June 2012 for 3.6 Billion Dollars with 1.33 times its book value as well as the sales process of 99,85% of DenizBank shares owned by Sberbank to Emirates NBD for 15,48 Billion TL and 1.0 multiplier despite challenging market conditions. In addition, the transfer of Deniz Emeklilik for 256 Million Euros with 10 times its book value with a 15-year sales agreement in 2011 and taking over the retail Banking of Citi Turkey with about 1500 employees in 2013 also took place under the management of Mr. ATE\u015e.<\/p>

Serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at DenizBank subsidiaries Deniz Yat\u0131r\u0131m Menkul K\u0131ymetler A.\u015e., Intertech A.\u015e. and DenizBank AG Vienna, Hakan ATE\u015e also assumes the duty of Member of Board of Directors at Emirates NBD Egypt as of September, 2020. Prof. Dr. Haluk G\u00d6RG\u00dcN was born in Istanbul in 1973. He completed his undergraduate and
graduate education in Electrical Engineering Department of Y\u0131ld\u0131z Technical University and his
Ph.D. in Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York USA in 2003. After his Ph.D. graduation, he
has engaged in scientific studies at the University of Connecticut in 2004-2005. He became an

he served from 2005-2008 as an assistant professor.
Prof. Dr. Haluk G\u00d6RG\u00dcN, who is the founder department chairman of Y\u0131ld\u0131z Technical University,
Control and Automation Engineering Department, has served as the chairman of Control and
Automation Engineering Department in between the years 2009-2013. During his chairmanship,
he has been the founder of many postgraduate programs.
Prof. Dr. Haluk G\u00d6RG\u00dcN served as the Turkey Delegate of European Union 7th Framework
Program Energy Field in between the years 2007-2010. Prof. Dr. Haluk G\u00d6RG\u00dcN, who carried his
duties as a Board Member of Y\u0131ld\u0131z Technical University Technopark, BAP Coordinate, Science
Application and Research Center, served as the Editor of YTU Sigma Engineering and Science
Journal between 2010-2013. He also carried his duties as Y\u0131ld\u0131z Technical University Deputy
Manager of the Institute of Science and Vice Rector.
Prof. Dr. Haluk G\u00d6RG\u00dcN was elected as the Associate Member of Turkey Academy of Sciences in
2013. Between November 2014 and April 2018, he has been served as the Rector at Gebze
Technical University. He has numerous national and international articles \/ reports, editorial
editions and projects. He was elected as the Rector of the Year in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 in<\/p>

organizations organized by different institutions due to his pioneering contributions to university-
industry cooperation during his rectorate<\/p>

He served as a Member of the Board of Directors in the IT Valley. Prof. Dr. Haluk G\u00d6RG\u00dcN has
served in many commissions and committees at T\u00dcB\u0130TAK and Y\u00d6K. He is the Chairman of the Board
of Trustees and Board of the Gebze Technical Education and Research Foundation where he made
significant contributions in establishment. Prof. Dr. Haluk G\u00d6RG\u00dcN\u2019s membership in the Board of
Trustees of many institutions has also been ongoing such as Basic Science Research Foundation of
Turkey, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Technical University Foundation and OST\u0130M Technical University.
Professor Dr. Haluk G\u00d6RG\u00dcN was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of ASELSAN for
the first time on 15 March 2017 by a resolution of the General Assembly. He was re-elected as a
Member of the Board of Directors at the ASELSAN Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 2
April 2018, and was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the same day.
At the Board of Directors meeting dated 17 April 2018, Prof. Dr. Haluk G\u00d6RG\u00dcN was appointed as

Mr. Murat \u0130kinci started his early career as a Computer Engineer at HAVELSAN in 1997. In
2000 he continued his career at STM Defense as a Computer Engineer and was appointed
General Manager in 2018, the role which he successfully carried out until 2020. During this
time, he played critical roles in completing many high-level defense projects; including
software development projects, C2 systems, autonomous systems and critical defense
technologies. He served as a Deputy General Manager responsible for Engineering and
Consultancy, consisting of Maritime Programs, Defense Procurement, Consultancy Services,
and Airworthiness Certification Services at STM.<\/p>

During his duty, he played a critical role in one of the largest export projects in Turkish
defence industry, Pakistan Navy Fleet Tanker Project, in addition to the development of
MiLGEM National Corvette Project. Currently, as of July 2020, he acts as Chief Executive
Officer of Roketsan.<\/p>

In addition to his CEO role at Roketsan, Mr. \u0130kinci is the Vice Chairman of SAHA Istanbul
and he is a Board Member of the Defence and Security Committee of SASAD.<\/p>

Mr. \u0130kinci holds a B.S. and also a M.S. degree in Computer Science, in addition to an
Executive MBA Degree from Bilkent University, Ankara.<\/p>

South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.

In 1990, he started working for Digital Equipment Corp., Istanbul Office, as a Field
Service Engineer, later promoted to Services Planning Manager. He then joined Kale

Manager of Kalekalip. Today, he serves as the Vice Chairman and President of
Technical Division at Kale Group.
Osman took the initiative to diversify Kale Group into high-tech fields and international

Kale\u2019s partnerships with Pratt & Whitney and Rolls Royce were also led by Osman.
Kale has also become a direct supplier to worlds leading defense & aerospace

Osman serves as the Chairman of Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Canakkale
province. He is the Chairman of Turkey-UK Business Council, Board Member of
Turkey- Canadian Business Council, and Board Member of Turkey-USA Business
Council under DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board) of Turkey. Osman also
served as the 2nd term Chairman of the Turkish-American Business Council formed

Mr Tang\u00fcn founded Patara Capital, LP an activist hedge fund that made private equity like investments in
public and private companies with less than $500 million market value. His hands on approach has led to many
board positions on NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE listed companies, as well as private companies and start-ups. He
provided advise and help execute action plans to increase long-term sustainable profitability, raising\/
allocating capital, turnarounds, acquisitions and overall shareholder value enhancement strategies.<\/p>

After returning to Turkiye in 2012, he was a director at AccessTurkey Capital, one of the largest alternative
investment platforms focused on public and private companies, including Kariyer.net, Sigortam.net, Logipark,
Olgun Celik as well as a hedge fund.<\/p>

Mr. Tang\u00fcn joined Yes Oto, a car rental company, as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and
Managing Partner. He took an active role in bringing Enterprise Rent A Car, the world's largest car rental

Today, TAV Airports serves approximately 100 million passengers at 15 airports in 8 countries and has become a global brand. Mr \u015eener has led TAV Airports on this historic journey.
As of 2024, he continues his business life as the Chairman of TAV Construction.<\/p>

Graduated from TED Ankara College in 1973. Mr. Sener graduated from Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in 1977, \u015eener earned his master\u2019s degree (M. Phil) in fluid mechanics in 1979 from the University of Sussex in the UK. JA Turkiye has been operating since 1999\u00a0 for the development of the entrepreneurial mindset from an early age throughout Turkey. She is currently the General Manager of the foundation. Sina is a Serial Entrepreneur. His latest endeavor is\u00a0Tiko\u00a0which he founded and serves as CEO. Before that he was the Founder of Markafoni, the first Online Fashion site of Turkey. Markafoni became the first Turkish internet company expanding beyond the borders of Turkey: Markafoni launched sites in Australia, Ukraine, Greece and Poland. Sina served until 2014 as Chairman and CEO.<\/p>

The Naspers Group acquired in July 2011 a majority stake at Markafoni and signed for one of the biggest deals in the Turkish internet.<\/p>

Sina is also an active Business Angel and invests in early stage start-ups. He has 35 angel investments. He is the\u00a0President of the Entrepreneur Foundation, former\u00a0Board Member of Endeavor Turkey and served at the Board of\u00a0Fenerbah\u00e7e\u00a0Futbol AS as Board Member.<\/p>

Sina has been elected as the \u201cInternet Entrepreneur of the Year\u201d and \u201cBusiness Angel of the Year\u201d in Turkey. Markafoni won several awards: \u201cBest Web Start-up\u201d and \u201cBest Online Fashion Site\u201d in several years. The Wired UK magazin\u00a0elected Markafoni two times to the hottest 100 companies in Europe. Sina was\u00a0also selected (2014 & 2015) to the Top 100 most influential tech people Europe. In 2016 he was selected as one of Top 100 most influential tech people in the World (Wired Magazine). The Forbes Magazin selected him 2019\u00a0as one of the 100 brightest minds in Turkey.<\/p>

Sina is also president of 1907\u00a0Fenerbah\u00e7e esports\u00a0\u2013 one of the biggest esports organizations in Turkey.<\/p>

Prior to his Entrepreneurship career, Sina spent more than 5 years with eBay and 12 years with KPMG. Mr. Durak is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Department of Northwestern University (USA) where he also completed his Master\u2019s degree in mechanical engineering. His career commenced at Ford Otosan in 1976 as Applications Engineer. In the same year, he assumed the position of Product Development and Design Engineer, and by 1979 he became the \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc Engine Plant Project Leader. In 1982 and 1984, he was assigned as Project Coordination Manager and Project Coordination Department Head, respectively. In 1986 and 1987, he was designated as Assistant General Manager of Marketing and Assistant General Manager of Purchasing, respectively. He became the Deputy General Manager of Ford Otosan in 2000. He started to serve as the General Manager in 2002 when he also joined the Board of Directors. From 2007 to 2009, he was the Automotive Group President at Ko\u00e7 Holding. He served as Deputy CEO of Ko\u00e7 Holding from May 2009 until April 2010 and as CEO\u00a0\u00a0 and Member of the Board of Directors of Ko\u00e7 Holding from April 2010 to March 31, 2015, Mr. Durak retired at age 63. He was Chairman of the Board of the Automotive Manufacturers Association for 6 years between 2004 and 2010. He served as a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) from January 2008 to May 2010 and was a board member between February 2009 and May 2010. Mr. Durak also was a National Board Member of International Chamber Of Commerce from February 2014 to March 2015. Also supported the establishment of a Turkish Chair at Harvard University through her work at the Harvard Alumni Association, of which she is one of the founders, Okyay leads many pioneering programs within Kale Group to contribute to T\u00fcrkiye's education, design, art, local development, and social entrepreneurship ecosystem as Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dr. (h.c.) \u0130brahim Bodur Kaleseramik Education, Health, and Social Aid Foundation.<\/p>
